Meet Sarah
Sarah is a full-time real estate professional in Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. The City of Palm Coast and Flagler Beach are located on the peaceful East coast of Florida and is situated just below historic Saint Augustine and North of Daytona Beach. Palm Coast and Flagler Beach are part of Flagler County, the fastest growing county in the nation!

Sarah's husband Nick is also a licensed real estate agent. Together they form a highly organized and productive team. With two agents working for every buyer or seller, they give the maximum in customer service and efficiency. Since real estate is moving at an enhanced speed Sarah and Nick have the edge to out perform competitors.

Working with RE/MAX Heritage Realty, in the heart of Palm Coast, Sarah has excelled in her careers. Unlike many Realtors in the area, this is her full-time job, not just a part-time hobby as is the case for most Realtors. Since real estate is her sole career, Sarah is constantly keeping up with the market trends in Flagler County and elsewhere in the state and nation. She also attends conferences and higher education classes to stay at the top of her field.

Sarah was born in the small Florida town of Green Cove Springs. She is a ninth generation Floridian. Her parents lived in Flagler County and their families built some of the businesses there.

She has enjoyed working with a large mortgage company, however she was very excited about the dynamic field of real estate. This was her passion! She researched the market, spoke with top professionals and embarked on her own career. Very quickly she made a name for herself among her peers as being "Above the Crowd". In her first two years as an
agent, she received both the Presidential and Executive sales awards from RE/MAX.

Sarah eats and breathes real estate and only take time out for her family. Besides her husband, Nick, she has a daughter born in 2006 and a son, born in 2008. The family also has a yellow lab, Sam. Sarah works hard and plays hard too. She knows you want to as well!
